Gusto lets Lilla read employees, compensation, payroll runs, and time off balances. Access is read-only, so nothing in payroll changes.

Payroll cost by team, headcount changes, and time off due are the questions this answers without anyone exporting a report. Gusto requires your own OAuth application before the connection can be made, which we set up with you.
